Product return

We operate in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine; therefore, returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Our company, as an official dealer, ships orders directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. At the same time, we carefully ensure that all products we send are correct and of proper quality. Very rarely, due to the human factor, mistakes may occur. If you receive a part different from the one you ordered, the return of the goods will be carried out at our expense.

We understand that you would like to receive the correct spare part as quickly as possible. In order to reduce the waiting time, we offer one of the following options:

  • The manufacturer’s warehouse will immediately ship a new product after payment is made to the sole proprietor’s bank card, and once the returned item is received, the payment will be refunded.
  • The manufacturer’s warehouse will ship the new product with cash on delivery. After the returned part is received, the cash on delivery will be canceled.
  • Alternatively, the manufacturer’s warehouse will ship the correct product after receiving your return.

If for any reason you decide to return or exchange spare parts of proper quality, under the legislation of Ukraine you may do so within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. In this case, the return of the order to the manufacturer’s warehouse is carried out at your expense.

Please note that most product items on the website are offered as a set of two spare parts — left and right. If you ordered such an item, the entire set must be returned. It is not possible to return only one spare part from the set.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods to the warehouse in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the order was received
  • The spare parts show signs of installation or mechanical damage
  • The product set is incomplete

How to return an order?

You must send the goods to the manufacturer’s warehouse and pay for the delivery. ATTENTION: the courier does not collect parcels that have not been prepaid! Within three days from the moment your parcel is received, the manufacturer reviews whether your case qualifies for a return. If so, the dealer through whom you placed the order will request your payment details and reimburse your expenses. If the manufacturer refuses the return, the reasons for the refusal will be explained to you through the dealer.

The refund is carried out in a manner depending on the payment method used for the order:

  • If payment was made to the company’s settlement account from the settlement account of an LLC or a sole proprietor, in case of returning the order please include a written request for a refund in the parcel, as excess funds were paid.
  • If payment was made by cash on delivery via Nova Poshta, the refund will be issued to your bank card.
  • If payment was made through a cash register (RRO) using a bank payment card (or POS terminal), the refund for undelivered goods (or services not provided) is transferred to the buyer’s bank account. You must provide the dealer with the relevant bank details.
