Sending orders The goods are shipped from Monday to Friday. The same day shipment is made if you place your order before 4:00 PM.



Orders are shipped after confirming the availability of the goods with the company manager. If the necessary parts are not in stock, the manager will inform you about the shipment date.

If you paid for your order using a PRO using a bank payment card (POST terminal), then if necessary, the refund will be made to your current account opened at the bank.

If for some reason you refuse to provide full bank details (full name, current account, RNOKPP code), we, as the official dealer of "PoliPro", reserve the right not to refund the funds in another way, as this contradicts the current legislation.
