The manufacturer "PolyTechnoTrade" provides a 1-year warranty (regardless of mileage) for spare parts for passenger cars. As an official dealer, we include a warranty card with a signature and official stamp in every order. The warranty is issued for a specific product, and the expiration date is indicated on the card.
The products of TM "Poly Pro" presented in this online store are manufactured according to high quality standards. The company takes responsibility for each product. Therefore, in the event of a warranty claim, we will not ask unnecessary questions in order to deny you warranty service.
The main condition is the presence of a valid warranty card.
In the event of a warranty claim, we offer to replace defective silent blocks and stabilizer bushings with new ones. For other types of parts, we offer reconstruction of the product at the manufacturer's expense. The shipment of a new part takes place within three days if it is available, or in order of the production or reconstruction queue.
Important conditions for warranty service:
- Send a photo of the defective part and the warranty card.
- Provide a video recorded without pauses or cuts if two or more parts have failed.
- Send the part to the manufacturer if reconstruction or recasting is required.
The manufacturer reserves the right to request the return of the part to determine the cause of failure, but such cases are extremely rare.
The warranty period begins on the day of delivery by courier or receipt of the parcel (according to the transport company data) and ends one year later, but one day earlier. For example, if the order is received on May 20, the warranty is valid until May 19 of the following year. A new warranty card is not issued, and the previous warranty period is not extended.
ATTENTION, important clarifications!
The warranty applies only to silent blocks of the brand's signature color — orange — manufactured with standard hardness.
The manufacturer does not provide a warranty:
- For silent blocks made to individual order — of a different color or non-standard hardness.
- For products intended for vehicles other than passenger cars — special equipment, agricultural machinery, commercial transport, etc.
- For spare parts for machinery and equipment.
- For car parts made according to individual customer parameters rather than VIN code.
- For other custom-made products.
In the case of engine mount restoration, the warranty applies EXCLUSIVELY to the manufacturer’s work, not to other parts of the structure! That is, the warranty case occurs only if the polyurethane tears, separates, or sags. Cracks, chips, or stripped threads of the metal part are not considered warranty cases. No warranty is provided for engine mount vibration.
If you used a sledgehammer, hammer, or welded the part instead of using a press during installation, the warranty is VOID!
In case of a warranty claim abroad, the delivery of the part for restoration or recasting is paid by the customer.
You have the right to exchange or return goods without damage or signs of use under the Law "On Consumer Protection" within 14 days after purchase. In this case, the cost of returning the goods to the sender is paid by the customer. The company covers the return shipping cost only in case of a manager's mistake, but within Ukraine. A mistake means sending the wrong item or sending a defective one.
Please note that the funds are returned to your card within 3 banking days after the manager receives the returned item. We do not accept returns by cash on delivery. The bank commission is deducted from the recipient. A replacement item is sent only after receiving the returned product.
The warranty applies to silent blocks of the orange brand color and standard hardness.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IN CASES:
- For silent blocks of a different color or different hardness.
- For products for special equipment, agricultural machinery, commercial transport (for all vehicles that do not fall under the passenger car category).
- For products for accessories and equipment.
- For all car parts that are selected not according to the VIN code, but roughly or at the client's discretion.
- For all products manufactured under individual customer orders.
The warranty for the engine mount applies EXCLUSIVELY to our work! We guarantee that the polyurethane will not tear, separate, or sag. The warranty does not cover metal parts: cracks, stripped threads, etc. No warranty is provided for engine mount vibration!
The warranty also applies for shipments abroad, but delivery is paid by the customer. PolyPro compensates the delivery cost within Ukraine.

Installation Recommendations
If you decide to install the parts yourself, take a few minutes to follow the installation recommendations to avoid the most common mistakes.
When installing polyurethane parts with metal fastening elements, rust and rubber residues must be removed. If there are large scratches or pits – replace the fasteners or clean the metal parts from rust with fine sandpaper and polish. Paint the cleaned areas with fast-drying nitro enamel. Remove any burrs. In case of significant deviations or damage to metal suspension elements – replace the damaged parts.
- Leaf spring bushings: apply a thin layer of grease to the shackle pin + outer and inner part of the bushing during installation;
- Stabilizer bar bushing: apply a thin layer of grease to the stabilizer at the seating area, the inner part of the clamp, and the bushing during installation;
- Shock absorber bushing: apply a thin layer of grease to the spacer bushing and the inner part of the bushing during installation. The outer part of the bushing is not greased;
- Silent block without outer metal sleeve: apply a thin layer of grease during installation. Use a conical mandrel unless otherwise specified;
- Silent block with outer metal sleeve: grease* is not used during installation;
- Shock absorber link bushing: grease* is not used during installation.
Greasing* – before installing polyurethane parts, unless otherwise specified, grease the contact areas with metal suspension parts using waterproof grease.
- Based on Litol-24;
- Imported greases of the CV joint type using lithium soap as a thickener;
- Copper grease MOLYKOTE PG – 54, – 110;
- Fluoroplastic grease FORUM for CV joints and bearings.
This prevents abrasive particles (dirt, sand) from entering the deformation gaps at the maximum angles of suspension element movement.
ATTENTION! The features of the technology and the process of casting polyurethane isomers allow the possibility of small pits and shrinkage cavities on the surface of the parts. These surface defects are not considered a defect and do not affect the operational characteristics of the parts.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to wash polyurethane silent blocks and bushings with solvents containing acetone, ether, etc.
