More precisely, PolyPro manufactures a prototype of your old part that you have sent to our production facility. To ensure that the technical characteristics of the reconstructed part are as close as possible to the original, the CLIENT IS REQUIRED to specify the hardness and other material properties (such as elasticity, flexibility, abrasion resistance, etc.). Based solely on the data provided by the client, PolyPro selects the appropriate material. If the client does not provide any data, the product will have the same hardness and other characteristics of polyurethane as original rubber automotive parts. We complete the restoration work and send your part back. The polyurethane part is produced from a three-component, hot-cured polyurethane made in France.
